What is the complaints process?
We endeavour to handle complaints as a matter of priority. We will acknowledge your message within 3 working days upon receipt, and aim to resolve most issues within 2 months. Depending on the circumstances, we may need more time occasionally, and we will keep you informed.

Your complaint will be reviewed by a Complaints Committee, consisting of staff with appropriate authority and independence (who are not directly involved in the subject matter of the complaint, if possible).
